HANZA Electronics in Ronneby is now looking for a Planner who wants to be the hub between customers, production, and the supply chain.

About the role

As a Planner, you will be responsible for managing customer forecasts, customer orders, and creating production orders that enable efficient and customer-oriented production. You will ensure that the planning aligns with both customer requirements and the company's capacity, and act as the primary contact point for the customer regarding orders, deliveries, and forecasts.

In this role, you will report to the Manager Planning & Forwarding.

The position is a fixed-term employment with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.

Your main responsibilities

• Analyze and manage customer forecasts to anticipate demand.
• Process and administer customer orders with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and issue production orders to the production departments.
• Establish and maintain detailed production plans to meet delivery requirements.
• Ensure smooth material and product flow through collaboration with internal departments.
• Update and maintain systems for production planning and relevant databases.
• Be the main contact for customers regarding order status, changes, and delivery plans.
• Communicate customer requirements and forecasts to internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience and skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in relevant IT tools, such as Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
